bSmart AGENT with Group Management

The application is developed keeping in mind the need of companies to have the facility of creating groups and managing the databases group-wise. User creation and user monitoring is also an integral part of the application as per the need of time.
The application provides two level interface i.e. Company Admin interface and Users interfaces.

Company Admin Interface:
Company Admin creates Users for the company.Admin provides credits and sender IDs to the users.Admin is able to update/deactivate the users anytime from the same interface.

Admin is provided with the facility to retrieve a user wise summary as per the date. This facilitates the administrator to keep a track of all the users and the credits utilization by all the users. Admin can see Sender ID Wise Summary as per the date. The feature gives an opportunity to the company administrator to analyze the sender ids for the utilization and usage of Sender Ids.

1. User can send Single, Bulk and Customized messages.
2. User is able to create groups through this web interface and can edit groups anytime. The contacts can be added directly through an Excel Sheet. Further user can add more contacts in the groups as and when required. The contacts can also be added one by one or in bulk.
3. User can create Templates and manage templates through the same web based interface. User is able to utilize any group to send mes sages.
4. User can create Phone Book and add contacts to it either one by one or in bulk. The contacts added in the phone book can be directly utilized to send messages.
5. User can check the detailed message logs for the messages sent as per the date.
6. User has a feature where the messages can be scheduled for future date & Time. The scheduled messages can be viewed directly in the Scheduled Logs and from there the scheduled messages can be deleted.

While sending single message user can directly type the number. If user wants user can search the number from all the contacts or phone book. While sending bulk messages user can directly select the group and send message, at the same time contacts from phone book can be directly retrieved and additional numbers can be added either individually or through an excel sheet.
