How to upload list of mobile numbers?
List of mobile numbers can be uploaded through an excel sheet.
Do you have a feature where I can send different message to different people at one go?
Customized messages can be sent from the bulk sms service with variable values in the message.
Can I integrate bulk sms service to my application and how?
An HTTP API can be used to integrate the bulk sms service with the application.
Can I add my company/brand name as the sender name?
Yes, your company/brand/product name can be used as the sender name (limit 8 characters) on GSM phones. On CDMA phones messages are sent through a 10 digit number as the CDMA phones does not support alphanumeric sender ids.
How much time will it take to install the bulk sms software?
Bulk SMS service is provided through a web based interface and nothing is to be installed at your end.
What is the payment procedure for the services?
Bulk sms service can be offered as prepaid or postpaid service. Short code and smart code services are on prepaid billing.
How to register for the services?
Please send us an email on sales@bsmart.in or call our sales offices and our sales team will assist you for registration.
What all location can deliver the SMS?
Domestic bulk sms service covers all locations in India.
Can I send special characters in SMS?
Yes, special characters can be sent.
What will be the speed of SMS delivery?
We submit all the messages to SMSC immediately and messages are delivered by the operator on immediate basis depending on the volume.
How will I get confirmation whether my SMS have been delivered?
Delivery reports are provided on the web based interface.
Is there any restriction on the number of characters in the message?
In a standard message 160 characters can be sent.
Can I send binary SMS, like ring tones, picture messages, operator logo etc.?
Yes, Binary messages can be sent through the API account.

Yes, we provide messaging in vernacular languages. Hindi, Marathi, Gurmukhi, Punjabi (Gurmukhi and Devnagari)
How do you send a vernacular message?
We convert the message into Unicode and submit it as a Unicode message. Once it is received on the handset, it is converted as per the language.

User can upload Bulk number in a excel sheet & send Bulk sms at the same time
What is the cost of Bulk sms service?
Cost for Bulk sms service is totally dependent upon the Volume.
Is this a Post paid or a prepaid service?
User can use Bulk sms service on a postpaid or a prepaid basis.
Is there any extra hidden cost or any installation required?
There are no extra hidden cost & its a web based service, no installation required.
What is the procedure to start the Bulk sms service?
We need a Co. info sheet & P.O (purchase order) on a company letter head to start the bulk sms service.
What is a Sender Id?
Sender id means the display name or the sender name displays on the handset.
What is the length of sender id?
Length of sender id in terms of alpha numeric is 8 characters & in numeric 12 characters.
Why sender id does not display on CDMA handset or why 12 digit number display on CDMA handset?
CDMA handset does not support alpha numeric sender id, so 12 digit number display as sender id
Why VM is display before sender id?
VM is a prefix added to sender id to display the service provider & service area (Vodafone Mumbai)
How many sender id we can add in our account?
We can add unlimited Sender in the account.
What is customized message?
Customized message means personalized messages sent to everyone at the same time.
What is the length of message we can send from the bulk interface.
User can send message up to 160 characters from the interface.
